MEMBERS 'OUT & ABOUT'

DO YOU THINK THESE 2 MEMBERS SHOULD BE GIVEN A "MAKE-UP"?

The story goes:  "Hugh and Meredith, plus Liz and Robin were enroute with 5 days in Canberra and staying overnight in Leeton, west of Wagga Wagga. Anyhow, they were in the bar in a Leeton hotel which just happened to be filled with 20 noisy Rotarians plus guests ahead of their weekly meeting.  Leeton Rotary then asked Hugh to give the meeting a briefing on our R100 celebration  'doings'".  Robin Reid and Hugh Bucknall believe this is enough to claim a "Make-up"!  Your thoughts?
