'THINK TANK' UPDATE

Marion Macleod reported last week on the Think Tank Committee. Members heard how this innovative Committee commenced and how its creation leads to inspire and develop new and innovative projects for Rotary Melbourne.  Contact Marion if you have any ideas you might have which can be born through Think Tank's assistance.

 

 

PP GERRY JOHNSTON CONGRATULATIONS

Past President and member for over 36 years, Gerry Johnston celebrated his Eightieth Birthday at the meeting.  Congratulations Gerry!

Special thanks to VP Barbara Yerondais who led our Melbourne Members and Friends on a merry jaunt up and down the lanes of our "Top End" with exceptional and fascinating commentary of some of Melbourne's older establishments and architecture.

STILL TIME TO REGISTER

The first Workshop discussing Family Violence, Women and Impact on Children is being held Wednesday, 27 March at 2.30 - 4.15 at Morgan Stanley, 120 Collins St.  It is not too late to register for what will be a thought provoking "hands on" workshop.

 

 

HIGHLY SUCCESSFUL DIK OPEN DAY

Thanks Bob Glindemann for news on a highly successful and well-attended Open Day at the Donations in Kind store at West Footscray on Saturday.

 

 

COMMUNITY SCHOOL & SOCIAL WORK PROGRAM UPDATE

1st MEETING of MELBOURNE CONVENTION
