Phil Endersbee has provided some more real insight into the iconic David Parkin. Phil believes that David will cover AFL - where have we been, where are we going and how the finals look but the other side of David is his involvement with and commitment to community. Taking Water to the People
Nganampa Health Council showed the following on Facebook this week. Pic shows a water trailer designed and made by Ross Engineering in Alice Springs and funded by SA Health and will be used at "sorry" camps, bush camps and meetings to enable face and hand washing.

Mark Pinoli is reminding us of Sir John Reid Community Service Award – last call! Nominations for the Sir John Reid Community Service Award closes in one week (16 September).
GENEROUS DONATION TO ROTARY
Recently, Barbara Yerondais, Di Gillies (Balwyn) and Sylvie Berchick of Brighton Rotary (seen here taking a photo break) worked for two weekends to distribute 49 pallet loads of Sukin skincare products which were generously donated (but not for resale) by the manufacturer for Rotary distribution to those in need.

Reg Smith sent this last week: "With no move imminent on grand child arrival, we decided to do a make-up at RC Albany Ga. today. Great fun. 95 members. 60 at lunch.
