Meeting of Wednesday, 8 April will again be a Zoom meeting chaired by PE Marion Macleod.  There will be a Panel Session with the topic "Bushfire Recovery - Rotary's response to the other tragedy of 2020"

"Our condolences go to our dear Jo Mavros, husband Jim and family, as they mourn the death of Jim's 92 year old mother.  A Greek Orthodox Funeral with 8 family members present was held last Friday.  Our thoughts are with you.  Your Rotary Melbourne friends."

 

ROTARY MELBOURNE 'FIGHTING FUND'

As suggested by Hugh Bucknall in his recent presentation ’Never Waste a Good Crisis’, Rotary Melbourne has set up a Fighting Fund to assist Rotarians, Rotary projects and Rotary suppliers adversely affected by the COVID-19 emergency.

Rotary Melbourne's "What's App" is proving to be a terric addition to Rotary Melbourne's means of "connecting" to Members during this crisis.

Editor placed an item 3 weeks ago calling for any Member who thinks they have the time and leaderships strengths to mentor an Ambulance Victoria Paramedic, to contact me.  Nothing - no responses.
