COFFEE & CHAT WITH THE PRES kicks off strongly!

President Kevin has written:  "Last Friday morning, 20 members zoomed-in and joined the inaugural Coffee & Chat with teh President with Captain of Groups Phil Endersbee and myself and all hosted by Jo Mavros.

 

 

ROTARY MELBOURNE PROJECT PROMOTION

Our R100 Project End Hepatitis Now, had a boost in the latest "Good Liver" Magazine.  It has promoted our working relationship with Hepatitis Victoria.  With thanks to Melanie Eagle CEO Hepatitis Victoria and our Peter Clark.

ROTARY & AMBULANCE VICTORIA MENTORS

Thank you to Richard Skinner and Graham O'Donnell who are the Rotary Melbourne Mentors for the next Ambulance Victoria Leaders Mentoring Program.  Rotary Melbourne was asked to provide two candidates and both Richard and Graham were successful and we wish them an awesome year working with two heroic Paramedics.

Not only are you able to see Ian Ross' R100 socks, but you can see what Ian has been doing “staying at home” in Red Hill.  Photo entitled “What one does with his hands staying at home!”  Ian's furniture making with his own hands is outstanding and commendable.  Keep safe and well Ian till we all meet again.

R100 DOWNUNDER COMBINED PROJECT

ROTARY: 100 YEARS DOWNUNDER  Posted by Richard Blakeman, RC Glenferrie.   A consortium of clubs comprising the Rotary clubs of Glenferrie, Camberwell, Canterbury and Hawthorn have combined with the City of Boroondara in a project to build an all-abilities playground in the beautiful Yarra Bank Reserve in Hawthorn, to mark 100 Years of Rotary Downunder.

Rotary Club of Canterbury writes: "In the midst of the Covid-19 crisis, there is an opportunity to brighten the days of your family and friends by inspiring them to celebrate World Bee Day on 20 May with a "Waggle Dance Competition".
