ROTARY SAFE FAMILIES PROGRAM

Our Rotary Melbourne initiative has been travelling far and wide since we created the two films:  Family Violence and Elder Abuse.  Perth, South Australia, Alice Springs, Broken Hill, Sunraysia, District 9800 et al, Brisbane, Kenmore and Uganda.  The program can be found in a tab: Safe Families on our website.  Rotary Safe Families Program

What a truly magnificent presentation we were given when two of Rotary Melbourne's Honorary Members provided us with an exceptional delivery of "Working in isolation – what’s been occupying Australia’s Chief Scientist in 2020" and Tilman Ruff's enjoyable delivery as Chair.  Thank you Alan and Tilman.

President Kevin had great enjoyment in awarding our esteemed Honorary Secretary, Reg Smith OAM a Paul Harris Fellow at last week's online meeting.

 

 

BRAVO WESTERN CHANCES

For those Members who remained online at last week's meeting, I believe you will agree with Editor that it was inspirational to hear from Ann Connors, Western Chances and our Graham O'Donnell.  Graham has been the Club "Champion" in working with Western Chances to provide young people from our western suburbs, the chance to have what we take for granted.
