We are excited to say that we are working to in-person meetings with some virtual capability and will advise for each meeting if in-person is available. For now the default is ZOOM.

LAST WEEK'S MEETING

It was marvellous to hear from PP Bob Glindemann at last week's meeting.  Bob described the background history of Donations in Kind and the donations that leave in shipping containers (very scarce presently) for destinations around the world in aid of disadvantaged communities.

Members Lunches' Chair, David Carruthers created an inspiring look at some of our Members and their thoughts about membership of Rotary Melbourne.

Now there are two opportunities to enjoy our International Women’s Day Event on Tuesday, 9 March, 2021. Would you like some great food and fellowship in person? This is a 2021 option for you to meet face to face for the first time in a year, or zoom in when you choose, to watch the recorded event.

You are invited to register for our Rotary Centenary Peace Symposium. Presenters will include Nobel Laureates and expert leaders in Peace initiatives around the world. Note the various Workshops for your registration. Dates:21 April commencing  2.30 pm and 22 April, commencing 9.00 am - 1.00 pm

What a perfect day at Sharann and Mike's beautiful home and gardens with ocean view across the golf course at Flinders. Finally, after 12 months, we were able to meet and enjoy a lovely lunch but most especially, each other's company. Photo shows Pam & Peter Habersberger with Reg Smith.
