Rotary International Citation 2020-21

Congratulations Rotary Melbourne. Our club has earned the Rotary Citation, the most significant award a Rotary club can achieve, for 2020-21. During a year that was challenging for many Rotarians around the world, our club demonstrated a commitment to achieve its goals, which ultimately helps strengthen Rotary and shapes our future. A copy of the citation can be viewed here.

Congratulations President Elect Bev Brock

Congratulations to Bev Brock on her election as President Elect for 2022/23.  Bev joined Rotary Melbourne in 2006 and in that time has served the Club in many ways.  Bev is currently Vice President Humanitarian Service.  Bev’s nomination was put forward by the 2021/22 Nominations Committee.  President Reg announced Bev’s nomination and under Rotary Melbourne Rules, called  for nominations from  interested  Members at the Lunch meeting on 15 September, which closed at 2.10pm on 29 September.  There being no further nominations received, Bev is now confirmed as president Elect for 2022/23.

Rotary Melbourne 's Strategic Plan

Every three years the incoming President leads the process of updating Rotary Melbourne ’s strategic plan. At this stage it might be said that the extension of lockdowns has made the 2022-2025 Rotary Melbourne Strategic Plan one of the worlds best kept secrets.   President Reg had hoped to provide printed copies to interested members back in August! Members and friends can now read the updated Strategy on line here.

Young Achievers Award 2022
