Yidan inducted as FIFA Women’s World Cup 23 Community Champion
The FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023 Multicultural Community Engagement program was launched in Sydney on Wednesday 29 March 23. Rotary Melbourne member Yidan Xi was delighted to be invited and inducted as one of the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023 Community Champions (a big celebration with 150 Community Champions across 30 communities).

Tony Pearce, Victoria's Inspector-General for Emergency Management & Chair Emergency Services Foundation. Tony Pearce, Chair of the Emergency Services Foundation and Victoria’s Inspector General for Emergency Management, a solo trek over 50 days and 1440kms in the areas worst affected by the 2019/20 black summer fires. He has just reached Genoa.

Our Assisting Homelessness project had a big Friday.
On Friday 24 March 23, our Make House a Home project delivered a record number of 22 sets (44 tea-chest boxes) of new homeware to Launch Housing’s front line offices in Dandenong and StKilda.
