Rotary participates in Commonwealth Business Forum

An unexpected Rotary reunion! Rotary Melbourne’s Stephen Rando ran into Past Rotary International President Gordon McInally 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 at the Commonwealth Business Forum in Apia, Samoa. 🤝 The CBF brings together leaders to explore trade, economic growth, and sustainability across the Commonwealth.     

 

 

Walk With Us to end Polio 2024 - Update #5 Final

PP Robert Fisher - Robert has racked up 329km since 1 October 24, meeting his target. Wonderful supporters have helped raise $5,121 which will become three times that $15,000+ to go to the Polio Plus campaign thanks to the Gates Foundation .

Former member Mike Flavel reunited with GSE team to Sweden

16 years to the day since former member Mike Flavel selected the Group Study Exchange (GSE) team to Sweden. Mike represented Rotary Melbourne as the GSE team leader and mentor for these wonderful young people in May 2009.

Rotary Melbourne Joins the Mission for Peace on Earth!

We’re thrilled to announce that Rotary Melbourne will be part of the historic Rotary on the Moon project! In February 2025, as we celebrate Rotary’s birthday, 1,000 Rotary Clubs will unite in spirit on the moon to send a powerful message to the world: Peace on Earth.         

 

 

Smith Family Raffle 2024 - Closing Tuesday

Please don't forget to support the Smith Family Raffle for 2024 

Win $2,000 cycling equipment voucher from My Ride Collingwood supporting the Smith Family's Learning for Life Program for families needing support to fund the education of their children.  It will be drawn on Wednesday 30 October at noon in the Office.
