Rotary Melbourne welcomed and inducted Tristan Kennedy on 5 March 2025 with the classification Indigenous Education. Tristan and his family are passionate about sustainability and off-grid living. In 2022 they completed construction of one of Australia’s first council approved Earthship homes.

Tony Battaini delivered the weekly reflection, the transcript of which is included later in this bulletin. VP Mary Barry deputised for President Catherine proposing the loyal toast, and returned to the podium to welcome members and guests, in particular guest speaker AK Tareen.
