Jim was also the Founding General Manager at KibbleWorks\, one of Scotland&rsquo\;s oldest social enterprises and the country&rsquo\;s premier specialist provider of care and education to young people in trouble. In his 30 years of working in social enterprises\, he has seen the gap between &lsquo\;haves&rsquo\; and people in real need increase.
