At our club’s historic 5000th Club Meeting on 30th August, at our Thomas Baker Oration with Past Prime Minister John Howard, Rotary Melbourne launched our 5000 Acts of Kindness project.
We announced that:
“At the heart of Rotary is the ideal of service and doing good for one another. We are people of action, and we know that each little act makes a difference.”
If everyone can perform their own small acts, together we will have one big impact, helping to make us a kinder, more community oriented society. 5000 may seem a bold target but together we can do it.”
