A New Group is Born! Kew β North Balwyn
As a result of reduction in members of the North Balwyn - Ivanhoe and Hawthorn – Kew Groups, to support the continued engagement of members, effective immediately, a new Group will be established and will be known as Kew – North Balwyn.
Rotary Melbourne Peace Bells Opening 24 May 23
The Bells are ringing! What a joy to officially open the Peace Bells at Rotary Melbourne Peace Park with Lord Mayor Sally Capp, Nobel Prize Peace Laureate Tilman Ruff, designer Neil McLachlan, Rotary Melbourne President Adrian Nelson, and Project Leader Rob McGuirk.

Hundreds participated in the End Polio Walk last Friday 26 May. They walker past our Rotary Flower Bed, ending up at the Rotary Melbourne Peace Park.
ITFR Tournament Melbourne 2023
The 17th World Championships for the International Tennis Fellowship of Rotarians (ITFR) at Melbourne Park has started and the Rotary Melbourne teams are ready to go. Rotary Melbourne President Adrian and ITFR President Marcos from Brazil kicked off a great international pre-convention event from 22-26 May 23.
Meeting with Lord Mayor Sally Cappy & Rotary Club of Osaka
Rotary Melbourne hosted a private meeting on Friday 26 May 23 with Lord Mayor Sally Capp for our sister club the Rotary Club of Osaka - sister city of City of Melbourne - during the Rotary International Convention in Melbourne.
Big Difference - FORaMEAL
Volunteers from across Melbourne - with supervision from Rotary Melbourne club members - on Saturday 27 May 23 had hands on experience in this incredible Rotary project, packing over 100,000 meals for emergency relief around the world, including Ukraine Syria Turkey .

From all reports the Rotary Melbourne Marvellous Melbourne Cocktail Party, held on Sunday 28 May 23, was a great success. The event celebrated Rotary Melbourne's special relationship with clubs across the world.
Drive For Life L2P Program
The Salvation Army TAC L2P Program assists disadvantaged Victorian learner drivers aged 16 to 21 with no access to a supervising driver or vehicle to gain the 120 hours driving experience required to apply for a probationary licence.
