Hot off the press! Jim Orchard has provided the outline for this year's Around the Bay with a difference. This event is aimed at continuing the clubs involvement in the ATB event but with a focus on fellowship. Hopefully as we emerge from 2020, folks will be keen to spend a few hours at a picnic - with some also doing a few circuits of Albert park lake. Photo was taken in 2018 of Robin Reid and Phil Endersbee, both stalwarts of Around the Bay.
Rosie Wheen, CEO of WATERAID was our first speaker - at our first meeting back at the Sofitel - for our first face to face meeting in 12 months.

We need you at Aussie Peace Walks
We are looking for members for "Team Rotary Melbourne" to participate in the Aussie Peace Walks in Canberra on the 26-28 March. This event is being held as part of our Rotary centenary project - Give Every Child a Future. There are a bunch of activities planned including the opening Ceremony at World Peace Bell, the Peace Dinner at the National Museum, the walk on Saturday and/or Sunday (choose how far you would like to walk) and the Closing Ceremony at Albert Hall.
What a terrific start to working with Second Bite at Prahran Market today. PP Robert Fisher led his team: Allan Wang and his wife Angela (photographer), new Member Carolyn Ballagh with Second Bite's Jerry. Incidentally, Editor has never seen the van filled to the roof including the front passenger seat, with food donated by generous stall holders who were rapt to see us back.
