Katie Wilford is remembered by many Rotary Melbourne and District members as a great friend of us. A global scholar who absolutely made the most of every moment in Australia. Editor has kept contact with Katie and I would like to share a segment of Katie's last email. Delightful reading.
He prefers to keep "under the radar", but did you know that Quin has been instrumental in donating tons of food to foodbank and other organisations in need including to our African Australians who are needing urgent assistance during this time of panademic. Our former Member, Nev Power addressed last week’s meeting on the topic of “Damage Control – Economy Reboot”. Peter Dakin chaired the online meeting and President Kevin has provided the summary. 130 Members and guests joined the meeting.

URGENT VOLUNTEERING OPPORTUNITY! RM Members needed to work with the International Student Resume Review Program. PP Robert Fisher has invited us to work with City of Melbourne in this resume reviewing program.
As you already know, we have via Rotary in Action supporting our Community, a developing relationship with Afri-Aus Care in Dandenong through the Welfare of the Young Committee. You can identify in the photo our Rotary identities with members of Afri-Aus Care and leader, Selba Gondoza Luka.
Last week, President Kevin inducted and welcomed Tim Conolan AM to Rotary Melbourne. We look forward to meeting Tim and personally welcoming him.
