Our first live presentation was last week when our Honorary Member, Laureate Professor Peter Doherty AC, Peter Doherty Institute for Infection and Immunity, spoke on the Impact of the Covid-19 Virus, why flattening the curve matters and how we can best protect ourselves and the community.
Last week's live presentation via our Rotary Melbourne Facebook site reached 4,165 people, 45 viewers shared our presentation to their Facebook pages, and the fantastic success of Professor Peter Doherty and Rotary Melbourne's presentation was viewed by 3,100 plus people! These statistics were taken on Saturday, from our Facebook page.
Editor has been asked by Neville Taylor, Rotary Central Melbourne and Chair of Rotary Mentoring Program with Ambulance Victoria, if Rotary Melbourne could provide two Mentors for this year's Leadership Mentoring Program.
Tony gave us a wonderful snapshot of the implementation process of rolling out the Give Every Child a Future to nine Pacific Island nations.

Helen Leake delivered a marvellous presentation on production of the Sir John Monash film: "Monash". The script has attracted one of Australia’s most talented and accomplished directors, Bruce Beresford. Helen's film will be an important contribution to Australia’s culture, and tells the story of one of Australia’s greatest heroes.
