Luke Belfield was inducted on 24 October with the classification STATE GOVT - CAPITAL INFRASTRUCTURE. Luke works for the Dept of Premier & Cabinet. In his current role he is responsible for the VicGov Infrastructure budget (in excess of $75bn of projects).

The Sir John Reid Award is being presented to Kevin and Rhonda Butler, founders of BlazeAid. This volunteer organisation repairs and replaces fences in rural communities that have been affected by natural disasters.
