Four years ago, under the inspiration of Past President Mary Barry, our New Member Mentoring Program was initiated. Since then, over 30 new members have been allocated among 15 of the trained mentors. Please register now as it starts this week.
Rotary Safe Families is a program which has emphasised that women are the main victims of domestic and family abuse in Australia with one in six women having experienced it in some form from a current or former partner.
I have been absent from most Rotary activities for the last 4 months. Part of the reason has been work related, but the main reason has been my appointment to the United Grand Lodge of Victoria as a Grand Steward.

A recent item on the ABC Landline caught the attention of the Environment Sustainability group. The project has built 12 hectares of new reefs in Port Phillip Bay out of a planned 100 hectares.
