Rotary Safe Families is a program which has emphasised that children are often invisible in the coverage of domestic and family abuse where the trauma of the experience whether to themselves and/or other family members can continue throughout their lives.
Garry Fowler has been working with a team for 18 months to create an effective and practical club carbon calculator which Rotary clubs can use to identify and quantify the carbon emissions generated by their club meetings and events.

Melbourne Rotary welcomed and inducted Arbaaz Tareen (Baz), is currently pursuing a fulltime MBA at Melbourne Business School, into the Club on 20 April 2022. Alongside this, he recently started in his full time role as the Assistant Manager, Vehicle Demand planning at Honda Australia. His classification is Engineering - Mechanical. Baz is excited about his new beginning with Rotary Melbourne and is looking forward to his participation in the Club activities.
