"The Committee/Team is responsible for setting up the luncheon meeting room at the Sofitel with our Rotary paraphernalia, notices, table seating arrangements, checking the audio system and anything else requested by the President for the meeting of the day.  

The team also assists Jo, when required, for envelope ’stuffing’ although this is becoming less of a requirement with the majority of Club communications now being electronic.

We currently have eight members but, with the majority of our number being retired and quite often travelling, it is a rare occurrence that we have full representation each week.  New, and younger, members would be most welcome."  Thanks Peter.
