Sianna Panagiotopoulos represented the ladies and challenged the all male Athenaeum by winning a game! Sianna reported: "I may have been the only “lady” to have played billiards at the Athenaeum Club – ever. It was a fun night of fellowship in the most beautiful of surroundings.

Editor also noted the recalcitrant "boys" below who obviously broke the Athenaeum Club Regulations by removing their tie!

The teams Rob Helme & Graeme Whitelaw (Balwyn) and Kevin Sheehan & David Carruthers (Hawthorn Kew) had each scored a total of 47 points. Closely followed by Tim Reid & Hugh Bucknall (46 points) and Doug Marshall & Peter Dakin (45 points)
The final was won by Hawthorn Kew 6 to 5!
