The week was exciting too for our Club's sponsorship of three nominations who have been accepted for the Victoria Police Leaders' Mentoring Program for 2018/19.

We wish them every success and hope that they enjoy this marvellous Program which can provide strong mentoring relationships, and is recorded by Victoria Police as the most successful and longest running program of its kind, now in its 12th year!
For those Members who might be interested in applying in August 2019, for the 2019/20 Mentoring Program, this is a snapshot of what is expected from the Rotary Mentor:
"To assist the development of strategic thinking by the mentee; to be a careful and active listener; to hold up a mirror on the mentee's own behaviours, or impact on others; to positively reinforce and encourage the mentee; to point out opportunities for growth and development; to expose the mentee to new learning opportunities."
