The Rotary Give Every Child A Future project to introduce three vaccines into nine Pacific Island countries has reached a significant milestone with the approval of nine Global Grants by the Rotary Foundation.
These grants, one for each country, cover the first year of the project and have a combined total value of approximately USD 1.285 million.
This allows the project to move forward in collaboration with UNICEF to the implementation phase of this major public health initiative in the Pacific which will benefit tens of thousands of women and children and significantly strengthen the health systems in these countries.
