The AGM was well attended with strong support from the members present in person and participating on line. President Adrian attended via zoom as he and a number of other members where in Osaka for their 100 year celebrations. Vkice President Peter Davis chaired the AGM.

The Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 30 June 2022 for the Rotary Club of Melbourne Inc, The Rotary Club of Melbourne Community Foundation and Rotary Club of Melbourne Community Foundation Extension fund were received. Thanks were expressed to Honorary Treasurer Sumeer Bhandarkar and past Treasurer David Carruthers for the fine work on the timely completion of the reports.
