The nomination period for the 3^rd annual 2023 Environmental Sustainability award has opened.  The award will be made by the Club, on recommendation of the Environmental Sustainability Committee (ESC), to recognise and support a person who:

1. is making an outstanding contribution in an important aspect of Environmental Sustainability 
2. and, through this contribution, is making a major contribution towards creating environmental sustainability awareness in the community, and inspiring others to change behaviours towards environmental sustainability.

We invite you to assist the ESC by suggesting candidates, including persons in the early stage of their career as an environmental entrepreneur or volunteer, for the award. 

Nominations should be received by 15 March 2023. These, together with those already submitted for the 2022 award, will be considered by the committee, and a recommendation will be put forward to the Board for approval in April.
