Great day at DG Changeover today at Ultima Centre, Keillor Park. 10 of us from Rotary Melbourne watched DG Ron Payne hand over the reins to incoming DG Michael Lapina. Also, RCM received a District communications award, Bob Fels received the prestigious Royce Abbey Award for his work over the years in the Peace Fellow program, and PP Chris Wang was recognised as a major donor to the Rotary Foundation.
