Are you attending the Environment Lunch on 24 July 24????? If so can you assist with Reception, Guest Assistance and Set up???? If so please let Jo Mavros know office@rotarymelbourne.org.au.
Volunteers who will commit to be there early (between 11.00 - 11.30am) to be ready for the onslaught of guests.
We also need volunteers on the Wine Raffle. If you'd also like to be backup for that, please let us know.
We need at least 3 on Reception to assist with:
- name tags;
- sorting and allocating name tags;
- ticking off members present;
- ensuring guests get their allocated table;
- dealing with dietaries; and
- answering any other questions.
We need at least 3 on Guest Assistance to assist with:
- ensuring guests in the crowd have their name tags and table;
- haven't lost their way (it's amazing how confused they get in a crowd!!);
- dealing with dietaries;
- feel welcome; and
- answering any other questions.
We need at least 3 on Set up to assist with:
- collecting the banners, bell etc from the office;
- setting up the banners and bell on stage and ensuring all looks presentable;
- allocating place settings on main tables;
- allocating dietaries and ensuring these as set up on tables; and
- other matters.
