Mathew Karakoulakis, a member of Rotary Melbourne, was an expert interviewed on the programme "Corrupting Blak Business" on the NIT TV 30 minute Living Black show last week July 24.
The program was looking at the issue of companies claiming that they were indigenous when in fact they only had minimal compliance designed to take advantage of companies seeking to do the right thing and social procurement guidelines.
