Daniel Koutzamanis was inducted on the 21 August 2024 with the classification of Mortgage Broker.
Daniel was born in Melbourne’s southeast where he graduated from Glen Waverley Secondary College and Monash University completing degrees in Economics and Banking and Finance.
Upon completion of his studies in 2012 he began a career in finance with Westpac in their retail banking segment. Shortly thereafter in 2014 he was approached by comparison company iSelect to join their mortgage broking division where he quickly rose to senior broker winning numerous business awards. He closed out his time there by piloting their South African division.
In 2018 Daniel was approached by LoanMarket, Australia’s largest mortgage broking aggregator to establish his own mortgage broking franchise. From a standing start he quickly built a diverse client base establishing a strong reputation in the industry and wider community.
In 2022 he rebranded his business to BLVD Finance and moved his premise to Toorak where he now leads a team of finance professionals specialising in residential and commercial broking.
Daniel is recently engaged to partner Nicole who is also in the industry and in his free time enjoys supporting his beloved Richmond Tigers and fine tuning his coffee making skills.
He is giving back to the community through his involvement and sponsorship of Hampton Park United Soccer Club where he’s the major sponsor and has sponsored Elwood Soccer Club’s in years prior. Daniel is a member of the Toorak 2 group.
