October 16th is Million Meals Day!

Hot off the press: SecondBite’s inaugural Million Meals Day is set for Wednesday 16 October 2024. In just 12 hours, we aim to raise the equivalent of One Million Meals!

Million Meals Day will help us respond to the cost-of-living crisis and the subsequent increased demand for food, which has placed enormous strain on our organisation and the charity partners we work with.

56% of Australians say they have had to make difficult choices between buying food and paying for other expenses... That’s more than 14 million Aussies who are struggling to make ends meet every day!

Save the date and stay tuned for more details about Million Meals Day.
