Notice is hereby given that the 102nd Annual General Meeting of The Rotary Club of Melbourne Inc. is to be held during the regular weekly luncheon meeting at No 35 Sofitel, 25 Collins St Melbourne on Wednesday 20 November 2024 at 1.05p.m and on Zoom.
All relevant documents and an Agenda have been circulated by email to members who are encouraged to diarise to attend.
A reminder, nominations to the Board of Directors and other Office Bearer positions for election at the AGM must be received in writing by the Honorary Secretary – John Saunders by 2.10PM, Wednesday 13 November 2024.
