Rotary Melbourne On to Conference (OTC) Road Trip to Horsham

Next >

It’s hard to believe it’s been two years since our last OTC road trip adventure, and we’re delighted to be planning another one in March 2026, travelling from Melbourne to Horsham ahead of the annual District Conference.

For those who may be new to the Club or unfamiliar with the OTC Road Trip, it’s a relaxed, social journey taken over several days, with members and partners travelling together, enjoying great company, interesting stops, and plenty of fellowship along the way.

The full OTC Road Trip will commence on Wednesday afternoon, 25 March, travelling via Ballarat and Stawell, and arriving in Horsham on Friday, 27 March. Attendance at the District Conference is entirely optional — many participants join the road trip purely for the fellowship and fun.

To make participation as flexible as possible, there are several ways to take part:

  • The full three-day OTC Road Trip – travelling with the group from Melbourne to Horsham
  • One or two days only – join the group for part of the journey
  • Friday night club dinner in Horsham – simply meet us in Horsham and enjoy the evening with fellow members

There are currently 12 Rotarians and their partners already committed to the OTC Road Trip, so it’s shaping up to be another friendly and enjoyable group.

Whether you’re keen for the whole adventure or would prefer to join in for just part of it, you’ll be very welcome.

IIf you’d like to join us, seek more information, or if this would be your first OTC Road Trip and you’d like a chat about how it works, please feel free to contact Mary Barry or Deb Yin Foo -  we’d be more than happy to discuss this fun annual event with you.

Bookings will close on 15th February as we will need to firm up accommodation by then.
