Mentoring is not simply something Marg does, it is who she is. Professionally, she has built her career as a leadership consultant, mediator and mentor, and she has generously brought those skills into every aspect of Rotary life.
Marg has become the welcoming face of our Club for many new members, helping them find their place through the Vocational Service Committee and with her warm reception at our weekly meetings. She has an extraordinary ability to connect people, ensuring they feel included, valued and engaged from the moment they arrive.
Her commitment extends to our Young Achiever Award program, where she actively supports award recipients and alumni, helping them build lasting connections with each other and with Rotary. She has also shared her mentoring expertise through her work as a Police Mentor, reflecting a lifelong commitment to helping others reach their potential.
Always encouraging, always connecting, and always willing to share her wisdom and experience, Marg embodies the spirit of David Wittner's legacy. Through her quiet leadership, generosity and genuine care for others, she has strengthened our Club and inspired those around her.
