Construction progress at our Dandelion site

Take a look at the progress made on our two Dandenong projects!

Earlier this year, Launch began construction on Dandelion and Cumulus – major social housing projects in Dandenong.

Funded by Homes Victoria through the Victorian Government’s $5.3 billion Big Housing Build, Dandelion and Cumulus are part of Launch’s growing pipeline of social housing.

When completed in 2027, these projects will provide 159 homes for people on very low incomes currently on the Victorian Housing Register: safety, stability, and the chance to rebuild and belong.
