Before completing our Expression of Interest Form, please ensure you have read the following:

  • Membership of Rotary Information Statement
  • Rotary Melbourne Information Package

You will be required to upload the following to our Expression of Interest Form, so please prepare them before commencing.

  • Working with Children Check (if you do not have one, please apply here)
  • Copy of your CV
  • A head and shoulders photo of yourself to go in our directory
  • A Candidate's Personal Statement (setting out  (a) your reason(s) for wishing to join Rotary Club Of Melbourne, (b) a description of your vocation or profession and (c) what you may be able to contribute to the activities and projects of the Club)
  • Any other relevant supporting documentation
