Melbourne Girls College students and teacher Annie Coleman, Claudia Junge and Brooke Sandilands were guest of our Club and hosted by the Welfare of the Young Committee.  Melbourne Girls College, Richmond is one of our Club's partnership schools and we look forward to the girl's reporting on their Rotary MUNA (Model United Nations Assembly) experience shortly.

Rotary remembers Sam Owori for his 'quiet confidence', integrity and friendship

In Evanston, Illinois, USA and Rotary offices around the world, flags fly at half-mast this week as friends and Rotary colleagues mourn President-Elect Sam F. MEMBER NEWS

SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING, Adjourned to July 26

The Special General Meeting scheduled for July 19 failed to reach a quorum.  Under the Club Rules,  the meeting will now occur the following week 1.15 pm Wed July 26 at No35 Sofitel Hotel on Collins.

Members are requested to attend to enable this important matter to be considered. 

More Member News:

  • Ross Scholes-Robertson and his wife Judy have been involved in a serious car accident whilst travelling in North Queensland.  They are both in hospital.  Ross has some broken bones and Judy internal injuries but both are fine.
  • Peter McCall is chirpy but back in St V'S for some fine tuning.
