Leading global health experts working in Victoria, Professor Alan Lopez AC, Professor Caroline Homer AO and Professor Sharon Lewin will speak on the contributions being made by Victorian scientists to some of the most pressing issues in global health, including maternal and child health, HIV and the global burden of disease.
Professor Brendan Crabb AC will facilitate a panel discussion with the speakers. Refreshments will be served following official proceedings.
Attendance is free, however registration is essential as seating is limited. Dress is smart casual or business attire. Attendees are asked to bring a form of photo identification, and will be required to undergo security screening involving wanding and bag checks on arrival at Government House.
