The Open Day enables Rotarians from all Districts to see what the store has to offer their projects by generating ideas and "how to do it" concepts.
Some 100+ Rotarians and friends from across the 4 Districts attended but more importantly they came from 30 different Rotary Clubs so Bob is rapt that the word is spreading.
Bob said: "We also took the opportunity to promote the Rotary/UNICEF Immunise 100,000 children across the Pacific Islands RCM Fundraising Raffle with Chris Wang and Reg Smith active ticket sellers.
Chris also had the opportunity to meet Ruth Cross from Kiribati. Ruth will shortly return to the islands and interestingly she will become heavily involved in the formation of a new Rotary Club in the country. Ruth has been busy organising her second container of medical goods for island hospitals following the first one which was full of school desks and chairs."
