Marg is an independent facilitator and accredited professional mediator. Marg is now involved with her own business Marg Leser and Associates which focuses on mediation, mentoring, coaching, organisational change, facilitation, leadership development, governance and community engagement.
She has recently completed training in the emerging field of elder mediation. Marg has coordinated leadership development mentors for Leadership Victoria, and is an Associate Member, Institute of Community Directors Australia.
