As Alan Trumble said at last week's meeting: "When you wander in and out of this space each week do you think the set up happens by magic? Unfortunately, age, travel and illness has depleted our volunteers and we are seeking five or six new recruits to fill the vacancies.
It is not mind taxing or demanding and involves you from 11.45 for completed set up at 12.15 and for 10 minutes after the meeting has finished.
Benefits? They are enormous. You will be part of an "elite" and dedicated band performing a worthwhile function and enjoying the extra fellowship it generates.
Don't just nod, do something about it and speak to Alan Trumble, Peter Washusen and Clive Hollands if you could be rostered on the same way our Reception Team works. The more helpers, the less times you are needed!
