I wanted to let you know that I just fired my bookmaker, having given me un-backable odds that our grand child would not arrive until Monday.
Margaret Ashley Murphy-Smith was delivered via Caesarean at 11:38am US EDT on 6 September 2019. She weighs 7 lb 14oz (3.57kg) and is 28 inches long (71 cm). She is thriving and surrogate Mother, Ashley is well but understandably a little tender.
We’ve had a truly amazing day and are delighted to join the Society of Rookie Grandparents. I have attached a picture for your information. More when we have a chance to hold in the next day or two.
