The project was coordinated by Di Gillies (RCBalwyn) and Jane Pennington (RCNorth Balwyn), ably assisted by Ken Woollard, Barbara Yerondais and Rob Nethercote over the three days in a massive "service above self" activity.

Trucks, trailers, utes and cars arrived in numbers to "gobble up" this massive haul of products which Ken Woollard kindly stored in his warehouse. A large number of community and support organisations benefited across the city and regional Victoria.
