"We have set up a Zoom meeting for next Wednesday, and wanted to stress a couple of important details:

1. People wanting to participate will be asked to register the name and email address before being able to enter the meeting. This will enable us to keep an accurate record of Member attendance;
2. In the light of the COVID-19 crisis, Zoom has tightened security, and many Members may need to manually key in the password which is provided with the invitation to the meeting;
3. It is most likely now that all weekly meetings will be accessible via Zoom, even though some will in addition be Live Streamed via Rotary Melbourne’s Facebook page.

For the remaining 12 meetings for the 2019/20 Rotary year, the Zoom Connection details for our weekly meeting will remain the same each week."
