• Big thanks to Ken Davis - brother of Peter Davis;
• Ken has donated 14 caravans (ex on site vans so didn't need to be roadworthy etc) - we have requests for seven and looking for more;
• Cost to remodel is $6K per van - new tyres and braking system, lights, stove repair and new fridge plus general overhaul and registration; 
• Vans are in good order with some work to be fully roadworthy for registration;
• Need to have vans in as good a condition as possible to make sure recipients are getting a morale boosting lift as well as somewhere to keep out of the rain;
• Seven vans going to Bairnsdale District except one which is going to Blaze Aid on Kangaroo Island;
• Funding is via a District Grant - thank you District;
• RC Balwyn are working with us - have put in $3k with a District matching Grant providing the $6k required to renovate a van.

Jim and his team are seeking support from other Clubs to work with to renovate the remaining vans - Jim has said: "We will do all the work (including writing the District Grant for them.  First vans due in Bairnsdale next week and following weeks.  Work is being done by Supreme Leader who are doing a great job."
