Garry Fowler writes: "Environmental Sustainability is likely to become a Seventh area of focus for Rotary internationally, and there is significant activity at ESRAG (Environmental Sustainability Rotary Action Group) as well as at District and Club levels.
Now is the time for our Club to become actively involved, and the Board has endorsed a committee which has been championed by Peter Berg and Garry Fowler who are already actively involved at ESRAG and District levels.
Mina Guli who has global credentials in the area will also become an enthusiastic driver of this initiative.
Members who are passionate about this area, and keen to be involved in this initiative are asked to contact Peter Berg or Garry Fowler (or Jo in the office) know of their interest as soon as possible.
