UPDATE EMERGENCY AFRI-AUS CARE PROJECT

Nina Hunter and her friend Terese (Director at Torrens Uni) delivered food this week from Little India (see photos). Nina and Terese plan to return and share a meal with some of the women at Afri-Aus Care Centre. In addition, Rotary Melbourne has donated $1,500 and I am aware of a further $750 from three of our own members.

The CEO of Afri-Aus Care, Selba Gondoza Luka, has been absolutely thrilled with our support. She writes: “On behalf of the families that Afri-Aus Care care for, I would like to express my gratitude for the food items and donations. Thank you once again for your continued support for the African Australians in South East”.
