Editor's Instructions:
- Lay out your socks on the table
- Say goodbye to one of them
- Remove the other from table so it doesn't become traumatised at what it will witness
- Cut the narrower toe area off!
- Cut the foot off at the heel/ankle!
- You should have a rectangle
- Ensure you have rectangle with only half the wording R100 in view (important if you want R100 on face mask!)
- Now, place scissors 2 cms from edge and cut 4 cms north (face north for better result) into rectangle (you can always cut a bit more than 4 cms if you need but once cut made - Confucius say: "No going back!"
- Repeat other end of rectangle
- Voila! a face mask that is truly your own work.
Maybe the remaining sock could be "rebirthed" into the world as a spare mask when the other one is in the wash!
NOTE: You can also add a "tie" from your loaf of Tip Top bread to use as a nose pinch! Tightness over nose - Confucius say: "Tight nose - no foggy spectacles!"
ANOTHER NOTE: If you think making masks from your socks is a good Christmas gift idea, Confucious actually did say: "What you do not want done to yourself, do not do to others." So purchase a new pair of unworn, clean R100 socks from Jo Mavros or Phil Endersbee (Creator), for a gift!
