UPDATE ITEM RE. CaSPA CARE

:"Last night, by Zoom Webinar, I attended the AGM of CaSPA Care which incorporates Emerald Hill Residences in South Melbourne. It is through Emerald Hill we participate in the training of the nursing staff and the Board Chairman, Richard Gates make acknowledgement of our support, noting Max Barr and myself.

CaSPA navigated the pandemic better than most with very loyal staff who managed the residents without calling in outside contractors. Another aspect of their good record was that they maintained close to full occupancy in this time and surveys of residents and their families reported strong approval.

Through Rotarian Peter Manager, Rotary Melbourne has also had a long leadership role with Claremont Home before the merger with Emerald Hill and South Port facilities. I strongly recommend that we continue our small involvement as it reflects the care of Rotary Melbourne to elderly citizens in inner Melbourne."

 Best regards

Trevor Nink
