Assistance required:
We are looking for 20 x volunteers from the various Rotary clubs to assist with the following:
- Bump in: Set up the serve tables including plates, cutlery and serviettes
- Serve: Serving of guests in two serve areas around the bbq, outdoors in the courtyard with finger foods
- Bump Out Clean up of area, dishes etc
Time: Volunteers required from 1.00pm to 5.30pm
Detailed tasks to be shared once people have nominated to volunteer.
